Billing Questions
Questions regarding billing issues related to our practice should be directed our business office at (203) 453-7516. Questions regarding Yale Medical Group, Quest or other labs should be directed to that facility.
We will bill all participating and non-participating insurance companies for services rendered by our providers.
If your insurance company is non-participating, payment is expected at time of service.
If your insurance company is participating, copays, if applicable, are due at time of service.
- Note: We opted out of the Medicare program and associated Medicare products.
- We do not participate with any Title 19 products.
